Indications:

Chlorthalidon 6.25mg Tablets are indicated for:

• Mild to moderate hypertension (high blood pressure)

• Edema due to heart failure, kidney disease, or liver cirrhosis

• Prevention of kidney stones in patients with hypercalciuria

• Supportive treatment in managing chronic fluid retention

Dosage & Administration:

• Adults: One tablet once daily, or as directed by the physician.
