Indications:

• Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (adjunct to diet and exercise)

• Patients not adequately controlled with monotherapy

• For improved glycemic control and insulin sensitivity

Dosage & Administration:

• Recommended dose: As directed by the physician, typically one tablet once or twice daily with meals.

• Take with a full glass of water.

• Do not crush or chew the SR tablet.

• Regular blood glucose monitoring is advised.
