Indications:

Heparin Sodium 5000 IU/ml Injection is indicated for:

• Prevention and treatment of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism (PE)

• Prevention of blood clot formation during dialysis, cardiac surgery, or blood transfusion

• Management of unstable angina and myocardial infarction (heart attack)

• As an anticoagulant in blood sampling and extracorporeal circulation

Dosage & Administration:

• To be administered intravenously (IV) or subcutaneously (SC) only under medical supervision.

• Dosage should be adjusted according to the patient’s weight, condition, and coagulation test results (aPTT).

• Do not inject intramuscularly.
