Indications:

Imipenem and Cilastatin Injection is indicated for the treatment of:

• Lower respiratory tract infections

• Urinary tract infections

• Intra-abdominal infections

• Bone and joint infections

• Septicemia and endocarditis

• Hospital-acquired pneumonia and complicated infections caused by multidrug-resistant organisms

Dosage & Administration:

• Administered intravenously (IV) under the supervision of a qualified healthcare professional.

• The usual adult dose is Imipenem 500mg + Cilastatin 500mg every 6–8 hours, depending on the severity of the infection.
