Indications:

Tranexamic Acid Injection is indicated for the prevention and treatment of bleeding associated with:

• Surgical procedures (including cardiac, orthopedic, gynecological, and dental surgeries)

• Heavy menstrual bleeding (menorrhagia)

• Post-traumatic hemorrhage

• Gastrointestinal bleeding

• Epistaxis (nosebleeds)

• Hematuria (blood in urine)

• Bleeding disorders due to fibrinolysis

Dosage & Administration:

• Route: Intravenous (IV) or Intramuscular (IM)

• Recommended Dose: 500mg to 1g (1–2 ampoules) every 6 to 8 hours, as directed by a physician

• Administer slowly over 10 minutes if given intravenously
