Product Description

Tranexamic Acid 500mg + Mefenamic Acid 250mg Tablets combine an antifibrinolytic agent and a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). This combination helps in the management of heavy menstrual bleeding (menorrhagia) along with relief from menstrual cramps and pelvic pain.
Packed in 10×10 BL for maximum product stability.

Indications

This combination is indicated for:

• Heavy menstrual bleeding (menorrhagia)

• Dysmenorrhea (menstrual cramps)

• Pelvic pain associated with menstruation

• Functional uterine bleeding

• Bleeding associated with IUDs (when prescribed by a doctor)

• Adjunct therapy in gynecological bleeding disorders

Dosage & Administration

• Use only on the advice of a registered medical practitioner.

• Typical adult dosage:
  1 tablet 2–3 times a day during the bleeding period or as prescribed.

• Swallow with water, with or without food.

• Do not exceed the recommended dose.

• Duration of therapy should be as directed by the physician.
