Product Description

Tranexamic Acid 500mg + Mefenamic Acid 250mg Tablets combine an antifibrinolytic agent and a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). This combination is widely used for the management of heavy menstrual bleeding and pain associated with menstruation, including cramps and pelvic discomfort.
Packed in 10×10 BL to ensure product safety and stability.

Indications

This combination is indicated for:

• Heavy menstrual bleeding (menorrhagia)

• Dysmenorrhea (menstrual cramps and pain)

• Functional uterine bleeding

• Pelvic pain associated with menstruation

• Excessive bleeding caused by hormonal imbalance

• Adjunct therapy in gynecological bleeding disorders

Dosage & Administration

• Use only on prescription from a registered medical practitioner.

• Recommended dosage:
  1 tablet 2–3 times daily during the bleeding or pain episode, or as directed by the physician.

• Take with or without food.

• Swallow whole with water.

• Do not exceed the prescribed duration or dosage.
